Before your order ships

Every Genesis Pre-Sale order is refundable in full, for any reason, up to the moment it ships. No forms, no restocking fees, no questions.

After it ships

If a Capsule arrives damaged or its chip ever fails, we replace it. For damage on arrival, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How to request one

Reply to your receipt, or email info@collectcapsule.com from the email you ordered with. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

This is a pre-sale: ship windows we share are estimates. If we ever can’t ship your order, you get an automatic full refund.
